Falafel are deep-fried balls made from pureed chickpeas, spices and herbs (some vegetables are added in our company to enhance the taste), which are particularly popular as a snack. Originally from Egypt, falafel can now be found in almost all oriental restaurants and snack bars all over Europe. The falafel are usually served with sesame sauce (tahina) and salad (also often in flat bread).
You can get the falafel in our company, in 3 variations, original falafel, spinach falafel and vegetable falafel.
Take out necessary amount of falafel from deep freeze and leave it for melting for 10 minutesPre-heat electric fryer to 180°CCook falafels in electric fryer for 3-4 minutes. (You can do the same in a pan [with sufficient OIL])
