Is a family company that is specialized in retail and wholesale trade of Eastern bakery products. The company was founded by H. Erhelvacı, who has been in the business of bakery products for 40 years, in 1987. This family company has been operated by the son of C. Erhelvacı since 1997 who has been working in the establishment for more than 20 years.

Ozan Food has been specialized in the production field of "börek" (filled bakery product), "Lahmacun" (Turkish Pizza), "Tulumba" (Blown Turkish candy dipped in sugar syrup), "Şekerpare" (Turkish cake with almond dipped in sugar syrup) and “falafel” (roasted vegetarian pea) that are fresh and deep-frozen.We have been producing our quality products such as börek, lahmacun and falafel in Berlin for our customers in Germany and Europe since 1987.
